Sometimes you just need to move on. Talking to a good friend of mine recently about their decision to change, reminded me of those fundamentals to consider when you need to come to the conclusion of whether or not you are just a square peg in a round hole !

Somehow the question of global vs region, or corporate vs field, or even function vs function comes up over and over again in organisations.
