The Purpose Blueprint

Workshops that Combine Purpose and Co-active Strategy to define your Roadmap

For many leadership teams, they recognise that they need to have real clarity of what they are intent on achieving together - their purpose, why are they here ? where are they taking the whole team ? what for ? and how ?

Crucially, the different values, beliefs, strengths, skills and experiences that each leader brings to the group are not always well understood. Stark differences can look like misalignment to the teams you are leading, and your impact together is diminished. The result is missed opportunities, misdirection, fear of failing, a lack of risk taking and an inability to succeed in your goals.

Leadership teams that have a true and agreed sense of what they are there for in the business have a strong foundation. From here they can plan how they show up, how they act together, how they will celebrate the successes and the failures, how they will learn, and what results they will measure themselves by.

How you will be, and what you will do will be your co-active approach.

A powerful workshop based approach, that can be facilitated online and through face to face meetings.

The Purpose Blueprint approach will allow your team to work together to create this important purpose based foundation that will be used to establish your own roadmap and way forward.
This can be done in stages, customised and directed to bring about the best results for you.

Making it Happen

Purpose Blueprint workshops can be delivered in a modular approach, with a series of online or face to face sessions with your team. The approach can be customised to suit your pace and timeline requirements, from a fully immersive ‘straight through’ approach, through to regular sessions, together with a mix of online and face to face if required, leading to a fully assembled blueprint

Online

Virtually delivered online sessions can be used to bring your team together and to work through all the elements of the purpose blueprint approach. It is recommended that sessions are kept relatively short and regular, and different approaches will be used to conduct the brainstorming and discussions needed. Each participant should also have the space to be able to move around whilst participating in the workshops.

Face to Face

Face to face sessions have the advantage of fully immersion into the workshops and topics, and can facilitate a higher variety of collaborative workshop styles and techniques. Sessions can be conducted in half or full days at a time, at intervals that suit your needs.

Timelines

The purpose blueprint can be done in as little as 5-10 days or over a longer time period. During the initial scoping of the work with you, the best timeline and approach will be determined to suit your needs.
